My HubSpot companies are not syncing to WorkflowMax clients.

  1. Ensure that the Lifecycle Stage of the company is set to Customer (or Opportunity if the Sync HubSpot opportunities to WorkflowMAX prospects setting is enabled).
  2. If the Lifecycle Stage is set to Opportunity, make sure that the Lead Manager Add-on is enabled for your WorkflowMAX portal.
  3. If steps #1 through #2 do not resolve the issue, try removing any custom company/client field mappings.
