My HubSpot companies are not syncing to WorkflowMax clients.
- Ensure that the Lifecycle Stage of the company is set to Customer (or Opportunity if the Sync HubSpot opportunities to WorkflowMAX prospects setting is enabled).
- If the Lifecycle Stage is set to Opportunity, make sure that the Lead Manager Add-on is enabled for your WorkflowMAX portal.
- If steps #1 through #2 do not resolve the issue, try removing any custom company/client field mappings.
