A HubSpot contact is not syncing to WorkflowMax.


  1. Ensure that the contact is associated with a company, and that the associated company has a lifecycle stage of Customer (or Opportunity if the Sync HubSpot opportunities to WorkflowMax prospects setting is enabled).
  2. Ensure that the Lifecycle Stage property is set to Customer (or Opportunity if the Sync HubSpot opportunities to WorkflowMax prospects setting is enabled).
  3. Ensure that the contact has an e-mail address set.
  4. If steps #1 through #4 do not resolve the issue, try removing any custom contact field mappings.
