A HubSpot contact is not syncing to WorkflowMax.
- Ensure that the contact is associated with a company, and that the associated company has a lifecycle stage of Customer (or Opportunity if the Sync HubSpot opportunities to WorkflowMax prospects setting is enabled).
- Ensure that the Lifecycle Stage property is set to Customer (or Opportunity if the Sync HubSpot opportunities to WorkflowMax prospects setting is enabled).
- Ensure that the contact has an e-mail address set.
- If steps #1 through #4 do not resolve the issue, try removing any custom contact field mappings.
