A HubSpot deal is not syncing to WorkflowMax.

  1. Ensure that the deal stage is set to Closed Won (or is in a deal stage where the win probability is Won).
  2. Ensure that the deal has a company associated with it, as well as a name and amount.
  3. Check the job settings in WorkflowMax; job numbers should be set on automatic generation rather than manual entry. To check, follow these steps:
    1. Sign into the WorkflowMAX portal to which the integration is connected.
    2. Click the Business tab in the top menu, then select Settings.
    3. Click the Organisation Settings link.
    4. Click the Edit Number Sequences button on the left-hand side of the screen.
    5. Confirm that Allocate manually is not checked. Save your settings.
